It is a very fast process, within minutes the liquid and the blend can be poured and in half hour it is made. There’s no delay of time between batches of ice cream that are made. This sort of machine is very dear and can’t be moved as simply. It must be in a fixed position. Moving of the machine can spoil the freezing system of the machine.
